A free web app for visual TTRPG content design.
Built with passion since 2023 by a father-son duo who love tabletop games and software engineering.

Alkemion Studio combines visual design with rich-text writing in one workspace.
See your entire adventure, campaign, or world at a glance. Everything connects on a visual board while you write detailed content for each element.
Customize colors, images, and layouts to make your workspace match your setting and vision.
Free to use, works on any device, and adapts to your workflow.

Every element in your story becomes a building block: NPCs, places, clues, events, plot points, and more.
Group and connect them on a visual board, customize everything to match your world, and see how your story fits together.
Write detailed content for each element, then see it all laid out visually. The combination of visual mapping and rich writing gives you the best of both approaches.
Everything visible and connected in one place
Customize colors, images, and layouts to match your world
Spot opportunities and relationships you might have missed
Plan campaigns, adventures, settings, lore, or one-shots with a visual workspace that adapts to your style.
Build entire worlds with interconnected locations, factions, histories, and storylines. See how everything connects across your setting.
Keep everything accessible during sessions on any device. Share with your players when you're ready.
Build character backstories, keep campaign journals, or track clues and connections as you play.
Create fictional worlds, map out story structures, and see how your characters, locations, and plot threads connect. Perfect for visual storytelling and narrative planning.
Great for solo play and collaborative worldbuilding too.

Built by a father-son team who love tabletop roleplaying games
We're a father and son team, both software engineers who love tabletop games.
In the summer of 2023, we started building Alkemion Studio together. The idea of a visual approach to designing TTRPG content had been around for years, and it was the perfect time to explore it together as a meaningful technical challenge.
It gave us the opportunity to work on something we both cared about and to spend time building together.
On July 15, 2024, we released the first public beta.
The enthusiastic feedback from the first thousand users, combined with the joy of building this together, really motivated us to keep going. What started as a passion project has become something we're genuinely excited to develop further.
It's just the two of us, working part-time, but we're committed to making Alkemion Studio better with every update.
Alkemion Studio started as a father-and-son project, built out of a love for tabletop roleplaying games and creative worldbuilding.
From the beginning, we wanted it to be accessible to everyone. That's why the web version will remain free, with no time limits and no essential features locked behind a paywall.
If you'd like to support the project, you can join us on Patreon. It helps fund development and keeps the project moving forward.
We're also building a desktop version with advanced features like offline access, multiple boards per module, cross-module synchronization, and version history.
It will be a one-time purchase. No subscription. Buy it once, own it forever.
The free web app remains our promise. The desktop version is the first step in making Alkemion Studio sustainable for years to come.
